Payment for this Film Director engagement shall be structured as follows:

5.2 The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during production. The client reserves the right to request up to two (2) rounds of revisions during post-production at no additional cost.

5.4 Intellectual property of the final deliverable shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Film Director and production company retain the right to use behind-the-scenes footage for portfolio and promotional purposes.
5.5 Force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions on the Red Sea coast, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies, shall pause the production schedule without penalty to either party.
5.6 Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) rules.
