1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-confirmation of all rates and availability of the designated Film Director.
2. Payment terms: 30% advance upon signing, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 30% upon final delivery of all six episodes. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the account specified by Visionary Frame Productions LLC.
3. The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during production. However, all final creative choices must be approved in writing by the client's designated representative in Riyadh prior to any irreversible post-production step.
4.
