4. The Film Director's availability is confirmed subject to a signed service agreement. A deposit of 40% secures the Film Director's schedule for the production dates in Senegal Dakar.
5. Any changes to the production schedule, scope, or location beyond Senegal Dakar (e.g., regional shoots in Thiès, Saint-Louis, or Ziguinchor) will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written client approval before additional costs are incurred.
6. The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during the production. The client reserves the right to request up to two (2) rounds of editorial revisions during post-production at no additional cost.
7. All filming permits, location clearances, and regulatory compliance with Senegalese media and film authorities (including the Haute Autorité de l'Audiovisuel et de la Communication – HAAC) are the responsibility of the production company as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for cast salaries, special effects, music licensing, or distribution, which shall be quoted separately upon request.
9. In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, political unrest, government-mandated shutdowns in Senegal Dakar), either party may suspend or terminate the engagement with written notice. No penalties shall apply, and the advance payment shall be refunded pro-rata for unperformed services.
