1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Film Director engagement and all associated services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
2. Payment Terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 20% upon final delivery of the completed film. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date.
3. The Film Director retains full creative authority over shot composition, pacing, and visual storytelling. The client reserves the right to request up to two (2) rounds of revisions during post-production at no additional cost.
4. All filming activities will be conducted in compliance with the laws and regulations of Singapore Singapore, including but not limited to the Broadcasting Act, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and relevant location permit requirements.
5. Any changes to the production scope, additional shooting days, or extended post-production work beyond the agreed deliverables will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by Meridian Visual Productions Pte. Ltd.
6. Intellectual property of the final delivered film shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Film Director and production company retain the right to use behind-the-scenes footage and stills for portfolio and promotional purposes.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Production Agreement. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore and subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
