- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in South Korea Seoul's production industry.
- Acceptance: The client shall confirm acceptance of this Quotation Estimate in writing (email or signed PDF) within the validity period to secure the Film Director's availability for the stated shoot dates.
- Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of the Film Director's duties, additional shoot days, or relocation of filming outside the Seoul metropolitan area will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and may incur additional charges.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns in South Korea, or other events beyond reasonable control.
- Intellectual Property: All creative materials produced under the Film Director's guidance (storyboards, shot lists, director's commentary) shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding project details, creative content, and financial terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
All rates quoted in this document are in Korean Won (KRW) unless otherwise stated. The USD conversion is provided for reference only and is based on the Bank of Korea's reference rate as of June 12, 2025. Final settlement shall be made in KRW via bank transfer to the account designated in the executed production contract.
