• Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of principal photography; 30% upon delivery of the final cut and written approval by the client.
• Working Hours: The Film Director's standard working day in Spain Barcelona is 10 hours (08:00–18:00 CET). Overtime beyond 10 hours shall be billed at 1.5× the daily rate, in accordance with the Catalan Workers' Statute.
• Location Scope: All services are based in and around Spain Barcelona (within a 60 km radius). Travel to locations beyond this radius (e.g., Girona, Tarragona) will be invoiced separately at €0.65/km plus accommodation at cost.
• Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all creative direction materials, shot lists, and editorial notes created by the Film Director shall become the property of the client. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in a professional portfolio and to credit as "Directed by Catalina Voss" in all promotional materials.
• Cancellation: Cancellation by the client after the pre-production phase has commenced will incur a fee of 50% of the remaining Quotation Estimate value. Cancellation during principal photography will incur 75% of the remaining value.
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona, Spain.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the creative content, production schedule, and financial terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate.
