This Quotation Estimate is issued by Cine Madrid Productions S.L. to provide the services of a professional Film Director for a full production cycle to be carried out in Spain Madrid. The scope of work encompasses pre-production planning, on-set direction, creative oversight, and post-production supervision for a feature-length narrative film. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices and availability of the Film Director are subject to reconfirmation by Cine Madrid Productions S.L.
- All prices quoted in this document are expressed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT / IVA), which is applied at the standard Spanish rate of 21% as indicated above. The client is responsible for any additional municipal taxes or levies imposed by the Ayuntamiento de Madrid or the Comunidad de Madrid for filming permits.
- Payment terms: 30% of the total amount upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the definitive production contract; 40% upon completion of principal photography in Spain Madrid; and 30% upon final delivery of the completed film and written sign-off by the client.
- The Film Director named under this engagement is [Director Full Name], a registered professional director with the relevant Spanish professional body. In the event of force majeure, the Film Director may be substituted by a director of equivalent standing, subject to the client's prior written approval.
- All filming activities in Spain Madrid are subject to the acquisition of the necessary municipal and regional permits. - This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A binding agreement shall only come into effect upon the execution of a formal production contract by both parties, incorporating the terms set out herein and any additional provisions negotiated in good faith.
- Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
- The Film Director's working hours in Spain Madrid shall not exceed the limits established by the Spanish Working Time Act (Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2015) and the specific provisions of the audiovisual sector collective agreement.
