Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% upon execution of the production contract, 40% upon completion of principal photography in Spain Valencia, and 30% upon final delivery of the completed project. All invoices shall be payable within 30 days of receipt via bank transfer to the account of Valencia Film Production Services S.L. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate established by Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in the Spain Valencia film industry.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during the production, subject to the agreed-upon creative brief and the producer's contractual rights.
- All intellectual property rights in the final delivered work shall be transferred to the commissioning party upon full payment, as stipulated in the separate Production Agreement.
- The Film Director shall comply with all applicable Spanish labour regulations, health and safety legislation (Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales), and local filming permits required by the Ayuntamiento de Valencia and the Generalitat Valenciana.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather affecting the Spain Valencia coastal filming locations, shall be addressed per the force majeure clause of the master production contract.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Production Agreement incorporating these terms.
Should the production schedule require the Film Director to work outside the standard 12-hour shooting day in Spain Valencia, overtime shall be calculated at 1.5 times the daily rate for hours 13 through 16, and 2 times the daily rate for any hours beyond 16:00. Weekend and public holiday work in the Spain Valencia region shall be compensated at 1.75 times the standard daily rate.
