All principal filming, pre-production planning, and post-production supervision will be conducted within Sri Lanka Colombo and its surrounding districts, including the coastal areas of Negombo, the hill country of Kandy, and the ancient city of Anuradhapura.
The Film Director engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the entire creative vision of the project, including but not limited to: script development and refinement, storyboard creation, casting coordination, on-set direction of actors and crew, shot composition, pacing and narrative structure, and final editorial oversight. The director will work in close collaboration with the client's in-house production team based in Sri Lanka Colombo to ensure the finished product aligns with the client's brand identity and distribution objectives.

In accordance with the terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Advance (LKR 4,471,020) – Due upon signing of the production agreement and confirmation of the Film Director's availability.
- 40% Mid-Production (LKR 5,961,360) – Due upon completion of principal photography in Sri Lanka Colombo and surrounding locations.
- 30% Final (LKR 4,471,020) – Due upon delivery of the final master and all agreed deliverables.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over narrative structure, shot selection, and editorial pacing. The client reserves the right to request up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost.
- All filming activities within Sri Lanka Colombo and its environs shall comply with the Sri Lanka Film Commission regulations and local municipal bylaws. The client is responsible for securing any additional permits not covered under Item 5.
- Intellectual property of the final deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in personal portfolios and industry festivals.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to monsoon-related weather disruptions common to Sri Lanka Colombo, shall extend the production timeline without penalty to either party.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.
- All amounts stated in this document are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of the Film Director's professional fees but exclusive of third-party vendor costs (camera rental, lighting, sound equipment) unless explicitly stated.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, scope, and financial obligations set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Film Director for the production of "Serenity of the East" in Sri Lanka Colombo and surrounding regions.
