The Film Director engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the complete creative and operational leadership of the production from pre-production through to final delivery. Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement; 35% due upon completion of principal photography in Thailand Bangkok; and the remaining 25% due upon final delivery of all approved materials. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Siam Creative Productions Co., Ltd. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Film Director are subject to reconfirmation.
The Film Director's schedule is subject to prior commitments. A confirmed booking is only considered final upon receipt of the 40% advance payment.
All filming locations within Thailand Bangkok are subject to local municipal permits, weather conditions, and public safety regulations. Delays caused by force majeure events (typhoons, government closures, public emergencies) shall not be considered a breach of contract.
The Film Director retains full creative authority during production. The client shall have one (1) round of revision requests during post-production. Additional revisions shall be quoted separately.
All intellectual property rights in the final delivered film shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Film Director and Siam Creative Productions retain the right to use stills and behind-the-scenes footage for portfolio and promotional purposes.
This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for camera equipment, lighting packages, sound recording, or cast fees, which shall be itemized in a separate production budget document.
Any changes to the scope of work, shooting schedule, or location within Thailand Bangkok must be communicated in writing at least five (5) working days in advance to avoid additional charges.
Governing law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
