3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, exchange rate changes, or availability of the Film Director.
3.2 Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the Grand Total is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. A further 40% is payable upon commencement of principal photography in Abu Dhabi. The remaining 30% is due within fourteen (14) days of final delivery of the completed cut approved by the Film Director.
3.3 Scope Changes: Any modification to the shooting schedule, additional locations beyond the agreed Abu Dhabi sites, or extension of the Film Director's engagement beyond the 21 principal photography days will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by Golden Frame Productions LLC prior to execution.
3.4 Regulatory Compliance: The Film Director and all crew members will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to the UAE Federal Media Law, Abu Dhabi filming permit requirements, and local labor and visa regulations. The client is responsible for securing any additional government approvals not covered in this estimate.
3.5 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all creative work product, including directorial interpretations, shot lists, and final cut, shall be the sole property of the client. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in professional portfolios and festival submissions, subject to the client's written approval for commercial use.
3.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions in the Abu Dhabi region, government-mandated shutdowns, or acts of war.
3.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the rules of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Arbitration Centre.
