4. Payment Terms

• 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Master Services Agreement.

• 30% final payment upon delivery of the final cut and all associated deliverables.
• All payments shall be made in UAE Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the account of Emirates Creative Productions LLC, Emirates NBD, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as per UAE commercial law.

5. Terms & Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Film Director are subject to reconfirmation.
• The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions; however, the client reserves the right to request up to three (3) revision cycles per post-production phase at no additional cost.
• All intellectual property in the final deliverables shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in personal portfolios and festival submissions.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the Master Services Agreement in writing.
• Governing law: United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns in the United Arab Emirates Dubai, shall extend the production timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
