This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones to ensure a smooth working relationship between our Film Director team and your production company:
- 25% Deposit – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Film Director's availability. Amount: £31,092.00 (incl. VAT).
- 25% Progress Payment – Due upon commencement of principal photography in Manchester, United Kingdom. Amount: £31,092.00 (incl. VAT).

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision.
- All services described herein will be performed by a qualified and experienced Film Director operating within the United Kingdom Manchester area. Should the Film Director be unavailable due to force majeure, an equivalent replacement of equal or greater standing will be provided at no additional cost.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over all directorial decisions during the engagement period, subject to the agreed creative brief and any contractual obligations to the client.
- All work will comply with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and applicable United Kingdom film production regulations. The Film Director will hold valid public liability insurance of no less than £10,000,000.
- Intellectual property rights in the final delivered film shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Film Director retains the right to display the work in personal portfolios and industry festivals, subject to the client's prior written consent for commercial exploitation.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters set out in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a revised estimate and written agreement by both parties.
- Payment terms are net fourteen (14) days from the date of each invoice. Late payments will attract interest at a rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
