- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, rates and availability of the Film Director may be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 30% due at the commencement of principal photography in Houston, United States; 30% due upon delivery of the final cut approved by the Film Director.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over all artistic decisions during the production period. The client reserves the right to request up to two (2) revisions per scene during post-production.
- All work performed by the Film Director under this Quotation Estimate shall be conducted in compliance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America, including but not limited to labor regulations, copyright law, and local filming permits required by the City of Houston.
- Any changes to the scope of services, additional shooting days, or extended post-production supervision beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate will require a written amendment signed by both parties.
- The Film Director shall be provided with a safe working environment, appropriate insurance coverage, and all necessary production resources as agreed upon in the production schedule.
- Confidentiality: All scripts, storyboards, footage, and production materials shared with the Film Director are considered proprietary and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written permission.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both the client and Creative Vision Productions LLC.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement of the Film Director shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, with jurisdiction in Harris County, Houston.
