  • Pre-Production (Weeks 1–4): Script development and refinement, location scouting across Tashkent landmarks including Registan Square, Chorsu Bazaar, the Amir Timur Mausoleum, and the historic streets of the Old Town (Ko'k Chorsu). The Film Director will conduct cultural sensitivity briefings, coordinate with the Uzbek State Cinema Committee, and secure all necessary filming permits within the city of Tashkent and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • Production (Weeks 5–12): Full on-set direction of principal photography across a minimum of twenty-two (22) shooting days in Uzbekistan Tashkent. The Film Director will manage a crew of up to thirty-five (35) personnel, oversee camera operations, lighting design, sound recording, and actor/subject direction. Daily production reports will be submitted to the client.
  • Post-Production Supervision (Weeks 13–18): The Film Director will supervise the editing process, color grading, sound mixing, and final mastering. Two (2) review screenings will be conducted in Tashkent with the client's representatives before final delivery.
  • Delivery: Final deliverables include a 4K master file, a 1080p distribution copy, a trailer (2 minutes), and a behind-the-scenes featurette (5 minutes), all delivered in H.265 and ProRes 422 HQ formats.

In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:

  • 30% Advance Payment ($31,943.04) — Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Master Services Agreement.
  • 40% Production Payment ($42,590.72) — Due upon commencement of principal photography in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
  • 30% Final Payment ($31,943.04) — Due upon delivery of all final master files and completion of the second review screening.

All payments shall be made via international wire transfer to the designated bank account of Silk Road Media Productions LLC, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

  1. This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal until both parties execute a formal Master Services Agreement. Upon signature, the terms herein become binding.
  2. The Film Director named under this Quotation Estimate is Mr. Jasur Karimov, a certified director with over fifteen (15) years of experience in documentary and narrative filmmaking, including extensive work across Central Asia and the Tashkent region.
  3. All filming activities in Uzbekistan Tashkent shall comply with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including but not limited to the Law on Cinematography (2019) and local municipal regulations regarding public filming.
  4. The Film Director retains full creative authority over directorial decisions; however, the client reserves the right to request up to two (2) rounds of revisions during post-production at no additional cost.
  5. Intellectual property rights to the final delivered footage and finished film shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment. The Film Director retains the right to use behind-the-scenes material for portfolio purposes.
  6. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for camera equipment rental, drone operations, or third-party music licensing, which will be quoted separately if required.
  7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-imposed restrictions on filming in Tashkent, natural disasters, or public health emergencies, shall extend the production timeline on a day-for-day basis without penalty to either party.
  8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the rules of the Tashkent International Arbitration Center.
