Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via wire transfer to the account designated by the Film Director, in compliance with the financial regulations of the Central Bank of Venezuela. In the event of currency fluctuation, the exchange rate shall be fixed at the time of contract execution.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the Film Director are subject to revision.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over artistic decisions during the production period in Venezuela Caracas, subject to mutual agreement with the Executive Producer on matters of budget and schedule.
- All intellectual property rights in the final film shall vest in Producciones Andinas del Caribe, C.A., upon full payment. The Film Director shall retain the right to display the work in professional portfolios and festival submissions.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, location, or scope of work in Venezuela Caracas exceeding ten percent (10%) of the original plan shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and may result in additional charges.
- The Film Director shall comply with all applicable labor, safety, and filming regulations established by the Venezuelan Ministry of Culture and the local municipal authorities of Caracas.
- In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to political instability, natural disasters, or government-mandated shutdowns affecting operations in Venezuela Caracas, either party may suspend obligations without penalty, with a maximum suspension period of fifteen (15) days before termination rights apply.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Caracas, Venezuela, in accordance with the Venezuelan Civil Code. If mediation fails, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Caracas Chamber of Commerce.
- This document constitutes a Quotation Estimate only and does not form a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
