- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Ho Chi Minh City production sector.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of principal photography, and 25% upon final delivery of the master file. All payments shall be made in Vietnamese Dong (VND) via bank transfer to Saigon Cinematic Productions Co., Ltd., account held at Vietcombank, Ho Chi Minh City branch.
- The Film Director retains full creative authority over narrative structure, visual composition, and editorial decisions. The client reserves the right to request up to two (2) rounds of revisions during post-production without additional charge.
- All filming activities within Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam shall comply with the regulations of the Vietnam Film Institute and applicable local district ordinances. The Film Director assumes responsibility for obtaining all necessary permits.
- Intellectual property: Upon full payment, all rights to the finished documentary shall transfer to the client. The Film Director retains the right to use stills and short excerpts (not exceeding 30 seconds) for portfolio and promotional purposes.
- Force Majeure: In the event of government-mandated shutdowns, severe weather affecting the Mekong Delta region, or other events beyond reasonable control, the production schedule shall be adjusted mutually, and this Quotation Estimate's timeline shall be extended accordingly.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the content, budget, and creative decisions of this project. This obligation survives for two (2) years following final delivery.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Production Agreement in writing. The terms herein serve as a good-faith estimate of costs and scope.
