The Financial Analyst engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following core duties within the Afghanistan Kabul operational environment:

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in financial analysis, with at least two (2) years in a similar role within a developing or post-conflict economy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and at least one BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
• Working knowledge of IFRS and familiarity with the Afghan Commercial Code and tax regulations applicable in Afghanistan Kabul.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in the Afghanistan Kabul market, exchange-rate volatility, or regulatory adjustments.
2. The Financial Analyst shall be engaged as a consultant under this Quotation Estimate and shall not be considered an employee of the client. All employment-related obligations, including social security contributions under Afghan labor law, remain the responsibility of Meridian Advisory & Consulting Group.
3. Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all fees accrued up to the termination date plus a 15% early-termination surcharge.
4. All financial data, reports, and analytical work products generated by the Financial Analyst in the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all confidential information pertaining to operations in Afghanistan Kabul.
5. Meridian Advisory & Consulting Group shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 1,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Afghanistan Kabul.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it shall form part of the Master Services Agreement (MSA) governing the relationship between the parties.
7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions affecting operations in Afghanistan Kabul, shall relieve the affected party from performance obligations for the duration of the event, provided written notice is given within five (5) business days.
