1. Scope of Services & Description

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Consulting & Analytics Ltd. to Delta Industries Group for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional management of a qualified Financial Analyst to be stationed at the client's headquarters in Bangladesh Dhaka. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, conducting variance analysis, forecasting revenue and expenditure, managing budgeting cycles, performing ratio and trend analyses, and providing strategic recommendations to the senior leadership team. The role will operate within the regulatory and tax framework of the Bangladesh Bank and the National Board of Revenue (NBR) as applicable to corporate entities in Bangladesh Dhaka.

3. Payment Schedule

Monthly Installments (70%): BDT 204,867 per month — Payable on the 5th of each subsequent month for 11 months.
All payments to be made via bank transfer to Meridian Consulting & Analytics Ltd., Sonali Bank, Bangladesh Dhaka Branch, A/C No. 0045-8821-3367.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
The Financial Analyst shall be subject to a 90-day probationary period. During probation, either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice.
All work products, financial models, and reports generated by the Financial Analyst shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Delta Industries Group.
Meridian Consulting & Analytics Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance covering all services rendered in Bangladesh Dhaka.
Any change in scope beyond the items listed in Section 2 shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate signed by both parties.
Governing law: The laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka under the Bangladesh Arbitration Act, 2001.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters common to the Bangladesh Dhaka region, shall suspend obligations without penalty.
