The Financial Analyst engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be based in Brazil São Paulo and will perform the following duties and responsibilities on a full-time basis (44 hours per week, in compliance with Brazilian labor law – CLT):

• Preparation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS and Brazilian accounting standards (CPC – Comitê de Pronunciamentos Contábeis).
• Development and monitoring of financial models, budgeting, and forecasting tools tailored to the client's strategic objectives in the São Paulo metropolitan market.
• Conducting variance analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and investment appraisal to support executive decision-making.
• Coordination with the client's internal accounting, treasury, and tax teams located in Brazil São Paulo to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Preparation of board-level presentations, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc analytical reports as requested by senior management.
• Monitoring of macroeconomic indicators relevant to the Brazilian market, including BCB interest rates (Selic), INPC/IPCA inflation data, and FX movements (USD/BRL, EUR/BRL).
• Support in due diligence processes, M&A financial modeling, and capital structure optimization specific to operations in Brazil São Paulo.

The Financial Analyst proposed under this Quotation Estimate will hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in financial analysis. The candidate will possess proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, and at least one BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik). Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory, and professional-level English is required. The Financial Analyst will be a CFA Level II candidate or holder, and will have prior experience working within the financial services, industrial, or technology sectors in Brazil São Paulo.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments, due on the 5th business day of each month following the service period. The first payment is due within 10 business days of contract execution. Payments shall be made via TED/DOC transfer to the bank account of Meridian Advisory Partners Ltda., Banco do Brasil, Ag. 1234-5, Conta Corrente 67890-1. Late payments shall accrue interest at the Selic rate plus a 2% penalty, in accordance with Brazilian civil code provisions.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Brazil São Paulo.
2. The engagement of the Financial Analyst is subject to a 30-day notice period for termination by either party, in compliance with Brazilian labor legislation.
3. All intellectual property, financial models, reports, and analytical work products created by the Financial Analyst during the engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
4. The Financial Analyst shall comply with all data protection obligations under Brazil's LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) and shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
5. Any scope changes or additional deliverables beyond those described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a formal change order and supplementary Quotation Estimate.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the definitive Service Agreement.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved by arbitration in São Paulo, SP, Brazil, under the rules of CAMARB (Câmara de Arbitragem do Mercado).
