3. Scope of Services – Financial Analyst Role

The Financial Analyst engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following core duties while operating out of the China Beijing office:

• Preparation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Development of financial models, variance analyses, and budgeting frameworks tailored to the client's operational structure in China Beijing.
• Conducting cash flow forecasting, liquidity assessments, and working capital optimization for the client's Beijing-based subsidiaries.
• Providing strategic financial insights, investment appraisal, and return-on-investment (ROI) analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Coordination with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies within the China Beijing jurisdiction to ensure full statutory compliance.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing board-level presentations on a monthly basis.
• Implementation and management of financial software systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) within the China Beijing operational environment.

4. Itemized Cost Breakdown

All prices are exclusive of any applicable withholding tax on foreign-sourced income. The above Quotation Estimate assumes standard office hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 China Standard Time) and does not include overtime compensation, which will be billed at 1.5x the hourly rate if required.

5. Payment Terms

• A 30% advance payment (CNY 281,086.56) is due upon execution of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• The remaining 70% shall be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears, payable within 30 calendar days of invoice date via bank transfer to the account designated by Meridian Capital Advisory Group in China Beijing.
• Late payments shall attract a penalty of 0.05% per calendar day, in accordance with the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.
• All invoices will be issued in Chinese and English to facilitate the client's internal accounting processes in China Beijing.

6. Terms and Conditions

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Beijing.
• The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of the engagement.
• Meridian Capital Advisory Group reserves the right to substitute the assigned Financial Analyst with a candidate of equivalent or superior qualifications, subject to the client's written approval.
• Any changes to the scope of services, duration, or operational location within China Beijing must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties before implementation.
• This engagement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) in accordance with its then-current rules.
• The client acknowledges that the Financial Analyst is an employee of Meridian Capital Advisory Group and not a direct employee of the client. No employer-employee relationship is created between the client and the Financial Analyst.
