The Financial Analyst engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be based in our Alexandria office and will provide the following services to your organization:

• Development of detailed cash flow projections, budgeting models, and variance analysis tailored to the Alexandria market conditions.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Egypt Alexandria.
2. The Financial Analyst assigned to this engagement shall be a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder or equivalent, with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the Egyptian financial sector.
3. All work products, reports, and data generated under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. Our firm shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with Egyptian Law No. 175 of 2018 on Personal Data Protection.
4. Any additional services beyond the scope defined herein shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional Quotation Estimate.
5. Termination may be initiated by either party with thirty (30) days written notice. In such case, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
6. This engagement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Alexandria, Egypt.
7. Our firm shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000 for the duration of this engagement.
