The Financial Analyst engaged under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following core duties within the Egypt Cairo business ecosystem:

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Development of multi-year revenue, cost, and cash-flow models aligned with Egyptian Central Bank (CBE) reporting standards and IFRS compliance requirements applicable in Egypt Cairo.
• Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Preparation of annual and quarterly budgets, monthly variance reports, and corrective-action recommendations for the client's Egypt Cairo operations.
• Investment Appraisal: Conducting discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, net present value (NPV) calculations, and internal rate of return (IRR) assessments for capital expenditure projects situated in Egypt Cairo.

Payment for the Financial Analyst services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made on a monthly basis, invoiced on the first business day of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. The one-time project fees (Items 2 and 3) shall be invoiced upon project initiation and settled within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Egyptian commercial law. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Nile Delta Advisory & Consulting Group, Egypt Cairo.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect changes in the Egypt Cairo economic environment, including EGP/USD exchange rate movements.
• The Financial Analyst shall adhere to strict confidentiality obligations as defined in the separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to commencement of work in Egypt Cairo.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, all fees for services rendered up to the termination date, plus a 10% administrative fee, shall be due.
• All deliverables produced by the Financial Analyst shall become the property of the client upon full payment of the corresponding Quotation Estimate line items.
• This engagement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Cairo in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center.
