The proposed Financial Analyst will be based in Indonesia Jakarta, operating primarily from the client's headquarters in South Jakarta with a hybrid working arrangement. This Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates for qualified Financial Analyst professionals in the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area and includes all applicable statutory obligations under Indonesian labor and tax regulations.
The Financial Analyst engaged under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following duties and responsibilities within the Indonesia Jakarta office:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, PT Nusantara Financial Consulting reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in the Indonesia Jakarta talent market.
- Payment terms: 50% upon contract signing and 50% upon successful completion of the 30-day probationary period of the Financial Analyst. Subsequent monthly payments are due by the 5th business day of each month.
- The Financial Analyst shall be engaged under a fixed-term employment contract (PKWT) in accordance with Indonesian Manpower Law (UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 as amended by UU Cipta Kerja No. 6 Tahun 2023).
- Working location: The primary work site shall be the client's office in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia Jakarta. Up to two (2) days per week of remote work is permitted subject to client approval.
- Any scope changes, additional responsibilities, or extensions beyond the initial 12-month term shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued separately.
- Confidentiality: The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all financial data, strategic plans, and proprietary information of the client.
- Dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and adjudicated by the Commercial Court of Jakarta Central District Court (PN Jakarta Pusat).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
