Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account of Studio Finanziario Lombardo S.r.l. at Intesa Sanpaolo, Milan branch. Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis, payable within 30 days of the invoice date. A 15% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to initiate the recruitment and onboarding process for the Financial Analyst position in Italy Milan.
- This Quotation Estimate assumes the client will provide a dedicated workspace within the Italy Milan office premises. Should the client require a fully managed office solution, additional costs will apply as per the rate card attached as Appendix A.
- The Financial Analyst candidate will be sourced from the local Milan professional network and must hold a minimum of five years of relevant experience in corporate finance, with proficiency in Italian and English.
- Costs related to travel outside the Italy Milan metropolitan area, international assignments, or extraordinary consulting engagements are excluded from this estimate and will be quoted separately.
- All statutory Italian labour law obligations, including the CCNL Commercio contract, are included in the monthly professional fee.
This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this validity window, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Financial Analyst professionals in Italy Milan will be issued. Acceptance of this document constitutes a binding agreement between the parties for the scope of services described herein.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic, with jurisdiction vested in the Tribunale di Milano.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata settlement of all committed costs for the Financial Analyst engagement will be applied.
- Confidentiality obligations under Italian Law No. 675/1996 (and subsequent GDPR compliance) shall apply to all financial data handled by the Financial Analyst during the engagement in Italy Milan.
