4. Payment Terms
Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: an initial mobilization payment of 25% (XOF 7,737,500 / USD 12,898) due upon contract signature; monthly invoices issued on the 1st business day of each month, payable within 30 days of invoice date; and a final settlement of 5% (XOF 1,547,500 / USD 2,580) upon successful completion of the 12-month engagement period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Meridian Advisory & Consulting Group, Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with commercial practice in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
5. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates (XOF/USD) and market conditions in Ivory Coast Abidjan.
- The Financial Analyst shall be subject to the labor laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, including the Ivorian Labor Code (Code du Travail) and applicable social security contributions managed by the Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance Sociale (CNPS).
- All deliverables produced by the Financial Analyst shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
- Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this engagement for a period of three (3) years, in compliance with Ivorian data protection regulations.
- Either party may terminate this Quotation Estimate agreement with 60 days' written notice. In such an event, a pro-rata settlement of all incurred costs shall be executed.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the mobilization payment has been received.
6. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Financial Analyst engagement in Ivory Coast Abidjan and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein. This signature constitutes formal acceptance of the Quotation Estimate and authorizes Meridian Advisory & Consulting Group to proceed with the recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of the Financial Analyst.
