This Quotation Estimate is issued by Almaty Professional Services Group LLP in response to the formal request received from Tenge Capital Partners JSC for the recruitment, onboarding, and first-year engagement of a qualified Financial Analyst to be based in Kazakhstan Almaty. The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers all associated professional services, compensation packages, statutory contributions, and ancillary costs required to secure a fully operational Financial Analyst position within the client's Almaty headquarters.
The following services are included in this Quotation Estimate for the Financial Analyst role in Kazakhstan Almaty:
- End-to-end recruitment and selection of a certified Financial Analyst with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in corporate finance, portfolio analysis, and financial modeling.
- Conducting structured interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks specific to the Kazakhstan Almaty financial services market.
- Negotiation and finalization of an employment contract compliant with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Onboarding, registration with the State Revenue Committee, and enrollment in the mandatory social security and pension fund (GosFond) as required for all employees in Kazakhstan Almaty.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Tenge (KZT) via bank transfer to the account of Almaty Professional Services Group LLP at Kaspi Bank, Almaty branch. The payment schedule is as follows:
- 30% advance payment (KZT 32,874,240) due within five (5) business days of mutual acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Monthly salary and statutory contributions to be remitted on the 25th of each month, in arrears.
- Remaining one-time costs (recruitment, workstation, software, insurance, onboarding) to be settled within ten (10) business days of the Financial Analyst's official start date in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- Annual bonus to be paid in December of the first contract year, contingent upon satisfactory KPI evaluation.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- All prices are quoted in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless otherwise stated. The 12% VAT is calculated in accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- The Financial Analyst shall be employed under a standard indefinite-term employment contract governed by the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The first-year engagement described in this Quotation Estimate does not constitute a fixed-term limitation.
- Almaty Professional Services Group LLP shall not be liable for any changes in statutory contribution rates, minimum wage adjustments, or regulatory amendments issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan during the contract period. Any such changes will be communicated in writing and reflected in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Confidentiality: All financial data, client records, and internal reports accessed by the Financial Analyst in Kazakhstan Almaty are subject to a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA) executed prior to the commencement of duties.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through the Arbitration Court of Almaty City, Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with Kazakhstani civil procedure law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received in full.
