Note: All rates in this Quotation Estimate are subject to review at the twelve-month anniversary of the contract. Any adjustment will be communicated in writing no fewer than thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date. - Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate shall be deemed accepted upon written signature by an authorised representative of the client organisation. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement will be executed within five (5) business days.
- Payment Terms: Invoices will be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account details specified on each invoice.
