Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- Advance Payment (30%): NGN 11,421,720 – due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- Monthly Instalments (70%): NGN 2,638,367 per month – payable on or before the 5th business day of each subsequent month.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Apex Financial Consulting Group Ltd. at Zenith Bank PLC, Wuse II Branch, Abuja, Nigeria. Cheques are not accepted for this engagement.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and market conditions in Nigeria Abuja.
5.2 The Financial Analyst shall be subject to a standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a non-compete clause as stipulated under Nigerian labour law and the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020.
5.3 The client reserves the right to terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In such an event, a termination fee equivalent to one month's professional fee shall apply.
5.4 All work performed by the Financial Analyst shall be conducted in compliance with the regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), and the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) where applicable.
5.5 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Level Agreement (SLA).
5.6 Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Abuja in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
Note: All monetary values in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN). The Financial Analyst engagement is specifically scoped for operations within the Nigeria Abuja metropolitan area.
