1. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, all pricing, particularly the Financial Analyst salary component, is subject to revision based on current Philippines Manila labor market indices and DOLE minimum wage adjustments.
- Payment terms: 50% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement; 50% upon successful onboarding and commencement of duties by the Financial Analyst.
- All amounts stated in this document are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to the prevailing 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) for transactions conducted in Philippines Manila.
- The Financial Analyst engagement is structured as a one-year initial contract with the option to renew for successive one-year terms, subject to mutual written agreement and performance evaluation.
