The Financial Analyst engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be a certified professional (CPA or CFA designation) with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in corporate finance, specifically within the Russian market. The analyst will be physically based in Russia Moscow and will report directly to the client's Chief Financial Officer. The following services are included in this Quotation Estimate:

• All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT / НДС) at the prevailing rate of 20% as per the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. VAT will be added to the final invoice upon acceptance.
• Travel expenses within the Moscow metropolitan area are included. Travel to other regions of the Russian Federation will be billed at actual cost plus a 10% administrative surcharge.
• The Financial Analyst will work standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Moscow Time, MSK/UTC+3). Overtime beyond 48 hours per week will be compensated at 1.5× the hourly rate.
• Software licenses (Bloomberg Terminal, Refinitiv, 1C:Enterprise modules) are assumed to be provided by the client. If the client requires the consultant to procure licenses, a 15% procurement fee will apply.
• This Quotation Estimate assumes a single Financial Analyst engagement. If the client requires a team of two or more analysts, a 10% volume discount will be applied to the combined subtotal.

• Payment is due within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of invoice issuance, via bank transfer to the account of Capital Bridge Consulting LLC at Sberbank, Moscow, Russia (BIC: SABRRUMM).
• A 25% advance payment is required upon signing the service agreement to secure the Financial Analyst's allocation.
• Remaining payments will be invoiced monthly in arrears, with a detailed timesheet and deliverables summary attached.
• Late payments will accrue interest at the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation plus 2 percentage points per annum.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in Russia Moscow.
• Confidentiality: The Financial Analyst will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) compliant with Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation before commencing work.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, all work completed up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
