Thank you for your inquiry regarding the engagement of a qualified Financial Analyst to support your organisation's financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making operations in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline the full scope of services, associated costs, and contractual terms for the proposed engagement. The Financial Analyst engaged under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following duties on a full-time basis (48 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday) at the client's office in Saudi Arabia Jeddah:

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Saudi GAAP and IFRS standards as mandated by the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).
Development and maintenance of financial models, budgeting frameworks, and variance analysis reports to support executive leadership in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
Conducting cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and working capital optimisation for the client's operations.
Performing cost-benefit analyses, investment appraisals, and return-on-investment (ROI) assessments for capital expenditure projects.
Generating ad-hoc financial reports and dashboards for the Board of Directors and senior management.
Assisting with statutory filings, VAT reconciliation, and coordination with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) in Jeddah.
Providing strategic financial insights to support the client's Vision 2030 alignment and business expansion plans within the Kingdom.

The Financial Analyst proposed under this Quotation Estimate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
Professional certification: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), ACCA, or CPA (Saudi-licensed).
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken), essential for operations in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
Proficiency in SAP, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, and SQL.
Valid Saudi Iqama (residency permit) or eligibility for sponsorship under the client's establishment.

All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes and statutory levies in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the scope defined herein unless a formal change order is executed by both parties.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and terms must be reconfirmed in writing.
Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful onboarding of the Financial Analyst, and 10% upon completion of the 12-month engagement period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the undersigned company's account in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The Financial Analyst shall be subject to the Saudi Labour Law (Royal Decree No. M/51) and all applicable regulations enforced in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The client assumes primary employer responsibilities for day-to-day supervision.
Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rated settlement of all costs incurred to date shall be applied.
The Financial Analyst shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a non-compete clause (12 months post-termination) as per Saudi commercial law.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the advance payment.
All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with Saudi law.
The Financial Analyst shall comply with all data protection and confidentiality obligations under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) effective 2024.
