The Financial Analyst to be placed under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following core responsibilities within the client's Riyadh office:

• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Develop and manage comprehensive financial models for budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and capital expenditure planning tailored to the Saudi market conditions.
• Conduct variance analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and investment return evaluations to support senior management decision-making in Riyadh.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency across all business units.
• Assist in the preparation of board-level presentations, investor reports, and regulatory filings required by Saudi authorities.
• Collaborate with internal audit, tax, and treasury departments to ensure full compliance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the Chief Financial Officer and executive leadership team.

All payments under this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the designated account of Al-Rayan Professional Consulting LLC. The payment schedule for the Financial Analyst engagement is structured as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment: Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate (SAR 217,108.50).
• Monthly Installments: The remaining balance shall be invoiced on the 1st of each month, payable within 15 calendar days of invoice date.
• Final Settlement: Any outstanding balance, including performance bonus adjustments for the Financial Analyst, shall be settled within 30 days of contract completion.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Saudi Arabia.
• All services related to the Financial Analyst role shall be performed in strict compliance with the Saudi Labor Law, the Companies Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all applicable regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
• The client acknowledges that the Financial Analyst shall be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a non-compete clause as per Saudi commercial law.
• Any changes to the scope of work, additional responsibilities assigned to the Financial Analyst, or modifications to the engagement terms in Riyadh must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties.
• Al-Rayan Professional Consulting LLC reserves the right to replace the Financial Analyst with a suitably qualified alternative candidate in the event of resignation, termination, or prolonged absence, at no additional recruitment cost to the client.
• All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or through arbitration under the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a permanent employment contract. The employment relationship between the client and the Financial Analyst shall be governed by a separate employment agreement in accordance with Saudi labor regulations.
