• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, fees may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Spain Barcelona.
• Contract Duration: The engagement of the Financial Analyst is for an initial term of 12 months, renewable by mutual written agreement for successive 12-month periods.
