1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate has been prepared by Alpine Financial Solutions AG in response to the formal request from Meridian Capital Partners GmbH for the provision of a qualified Financial Analyst to be deployed at their principal office in Switzerland Zurich. This document outlines the complete scope of services, the associated professional fees, applicable taxes, and the contractual terms governing the engagement. All figures presented herein are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are subject to the validity period stated above.
2. Scope of Services – Financial Analyst Role
The Financial Analyst engaged under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following duties on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) at the client's premises in Switzerland Zurich:
- Preparation and maintenance of comprehensive financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analyses, sensitivity analyses, and scenario planning for portfolio valuation.
- Development of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) reporting standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Conducting in-depth market research and competitive benchmarking across European and global financial markets to support strategic investment decisions.
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) across the client's asset management portfolio, with regular written and verbal reporting to the Chief Investment Officer.
- Collaboration with the internal audit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to Swiss banking regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) directives, and the Swiss Code of Obligations.
- Assisting in the preparation of board-level presentations, investor communications, and regulatory filings specific to the Switzerland Zurich financial services sector.
- Utilisation of advanced analytical tools including Bloomberg Terminal, SAP Financial Suite, Python (pandas, NumPy), and Microsoft Excel (VBA, Power Query) for data processing and visualisation.
3. Candidate Profile – Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst proposed under this Quotation Estimate holds a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline from a recognised Swiss or European university. The candidate possesses a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in financial analysis within the Swiss banking or asset management industry, with demonstrated familiarity with the regulatory environment in Switzerland Zurich. Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager) are strongly preferred. Fluency in English is mandatory; working proficiency in German is considered a significant advantage given the local business environment in Zurich.

5. Payment Terms
Invoices under this Quotation Estimate shall be issued on a monthly basis, in arrears, by the 5th business day of the following month. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account of Alpine Financial Solutions AG at UBS AG, Bahnhofstrasse 1, 8001 Zurich (IBAN: CH93 0023 0456 7890 1234 5). Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate of 5% per annum as stipulated under Article 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations. The client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the definitive service agreement.
6. Terms and Conditions
6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
6.2 The Financial Analyst shall be subject to the client's internal policies, code of conduct, and data protection protocols while working on-site in Switzerland Zurich. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) compliant with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nDSG) shall be executed prior to commencement.
6.3 Alpine Financial Solutions AG retains full responsibility for the employment relationship, social security contributions (AHV/IV/EO, ALV, and unemployment insurance), and statutory pension (BVG) obligations for the Financial Analyst in accordance with Swiss labour law.
6.4 Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination by the client without cause, a fee equivalent to two (2) months of the Financial Analyst's professional fee shall be payable.
6.5 All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be governed by Swiss law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland Zurich.
6.6 This Quotation Estimate does not include travel expenses, per diems, or accommodation costs. Should the Financial Analyst be required to travel outside the Zurich metropolitan area for client-related purposes, such costs shall be billed at actual expense with prior written approval.
7. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of a Financial Analyst at the Switzerland Zurich office. This acceptance does not constitute a final contract; a separate service agreement will be drafted and executed within ten (10) business days of this signature.
