The Financial Analyst engaged under this Quotation Estimate will deliver the following professional services tailored to the operational and regulatory environment of Tanzania Dar es Salaam:

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, all amounts denominated in Tanzanian Shillings and payable to the bank account of Meridian Advisory & Consulting Ltd. in Dar es Salaam:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon execution of the service agreement (TZS 85,207,800 including VAT).
- Monthly Installments: The remaining 70% shall be invoiced and paid monthly in arrears within 14 calendar days of invoice receipt.
- Ad-hoc & Special Project Fees: Billed separately upon completion of each discrete deliverable, payable within 14 days.
This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide timely access to all relevant financial records, systems, and personnel necessary for the Financial Analyst to perform the scoped duties. The following are excluded from this Quotation Estimate unless separately agreed in writing: audit or assurance services, litigation support, forensic accounting, international travel outside the Dar es Salaam metropolitan area, and any services requiring specialized regulatory licences not held by the engaged Financial Analyst. All work will be conducted in compliance with the Tanzania Companies Act, 2002, and applicable professional standards of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Tanzania (ICAT).
The Financial Analyst will commence work within five (5) business days of contract execution. Initial financial model delivery is expected within 30 days. Monthly reports will be submitted by the 10th business day of the following month. Quarterly board presentations will be scheduled in coordination with the client's board calendar. All deliverables will be provided in both digital (PDF, Excel) and, where requested, hard-copy format at the client's office in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
7.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in market conditions, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in Tanzania.
7.2 All services will be performed by a qualified Financial Analyst holding a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with at least five (5) years of progressive experience in corporate finance within East Africa. The analyst will be a member in good standing of ICAT or an equivalent recognized professional body.
7.3 Confidentiality: All financial data, proprietary information, and business strategies shared by the client in Tanzania Dar es Salaam shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, in accordance with the Tanzania Data Protection Act, 2022.
7.4 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
7.5 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2020.
7.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a definitive service agreement is executed.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Financial Analyst services in Tanzania Dar es Salaam and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing set forth herein. This acceptance authorizes Meridian Advisory & Consulting Ltd. to proceed with the engagement as described.
