The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers the full lifecycle of the Financial Analyst engagement, including but not limited to: candidate sourcing and screening, structured interview coordination, background verification in accordance with Thai labour law, offer negotiation, onboarding support, and a twelve-month performance monitoring period. The Financial Analyst will be physically stationed at the client's Bangkok headquarters and will report directly to the CFO's office.

The Financial Analyst engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following core duties while operating out of the Thailand Bangkok office:

• Preparing and maintaining monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and IFRS.
• Developing and updating financial models for capital budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Conducting variance analysis between actual performance and budgeted figures, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) across all business units and presenting findings to the Board of Directors.
• Collaborating with the internal audit team and external auditors during annual audit cycles.
• Ensuring compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand reporting requirements for listed entities.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Advisory & Consulting Group Co., Ltd. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30% advance payment (THB 314,580) upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• 40% milestone payment (THB 419,440) upon successful onboarding of the Financial Analyst.
• 30% final payment (THB 314,580) upon completion of the twelve-month performance monitoring period.

All invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as permitted under Thai commercial law.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing Thailand Bangkok market conditions.
2. Meridian Advisory & Consulting Group Co., Ltd. reserves the right to decline or modify this Quotation Estimate if the scope of work is materially altered after acceptance.
3. The Financial Analyst candidate is not an employee of Meridian Advisory & Consulting Group Co., Ltd. upon successful placement; the employment relationship is established directly between the candidate and Siam Pacific Holdings Public Company Limited.
4. All personal data processed during the recruitment and onboarding of the Financial Analyst shall be handled in strict compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand.
5. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The definitive engagement letter shall govern all rights and obligations.
6. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
