As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Financial Analyst services shall be made on a monthly basis, invoiced in arrears by the 5th business day of the following month. The initial one-time fees (Items 02 and 03) are payable within 14 calendar days of the signed service agreement. All amounts are denominated in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are subject to the prevailing KDV (Value Added Tax) rate of 20% as mandated by the Turkish Revenue Administration. In the event of significant TRY/USD fluctuation exceeding 15% during the contract term, a mutual review clause will be triggered to adjust the Financial Analyst fee accordingly, ensuring fairness for both parties operating in the Turkey Istanbul market.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Financial Analyst rates and Turkey Istanbul cost indices may be revised.
