- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
- The engagement of the Financial Analyst is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, with jurisdiction in the People's Court of District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- Apex Global Talent Solutions Co., Ltd. shall bear full responsibility for the professional competency, work permit, and visa status of the Financial Analyst while operating in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- The Client agrees to provide a dedicated workspace, necessary IT infrastructure, and timely access to all financial systems and data required for the Financial Analyst to perform duties effectively.
- Confidentiality: All financial data, proprietary models, and strategic information handled by the Financial Analyst shall be treated as strictly confidential. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government policy changes in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, or pandemics.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Financial Analyst in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. This signature constitutes a binding agreement to proceed with the services as described herein.
