1. Scope of Work – Firefighter Services in Argentina Córdoba

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Protección Integral Córdoba S.A. in response to the public tender issued by the Municipalidad de Córdoba for the comprehensive supply of Firefighter training programs, specialized equipment, and ongoing operational support services. 3. Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in Argentina Córdoba and national inflation indices published by the INDEC.

3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon signing of the contract, 40% upon delivery and acceptance of all Firefighter equipment and completion of the first training batch, and 20% upon final acceptance and completion of all deliverables specified in this Quotation Estimate.

3.3 Delivery and Installation: All Firefighter vehicles and equipment shall be delivered to the designated Firefighter stations in Argentina Córdoba at no additional transport cost. Installation, calibration, and initial operational testing shall be performed by our certified Firefighter technicians.

3.4 Training Compliance: All Firefighter training programs included in this Quotation Estimate shall be conducted in accordance with the curriculum approved by the Dirección Nacional de Bomberos and the specific protocols of the Cuerpo de Bomberos de Córdoba. Instructors shall hold valid certifications and a minimum of ten (10) years of active Firefighter service experience.

3.5 Warranties: All Firefighter equipment supplied under this Quotation Estimate carries a minimum two-year manufacturer warranty. 4. Acceptance and Authorization

This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of the Quotation Estimate and authorizes Protección Integral Córdoba S.A. to commence procurement and scheduling of all Firefighter-related deliverables.
