- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Australia Brisbane.
- All Firefighter services described herein shall be performed in strict compliance with the Queensland Fire and Emergency Services Act 1990, the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld), and all applicable Australia Brisbane local council by-laws.
- Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of installation and training phases, and 30% upon final sign-off and QBFC compliance certification.
- All Firefighter personnel deployed to the Australia Brisbane site shall hold current QFES-recognised qualifications, valid Working at Heights permits, and appropriate insurance coverage.
- Any variations to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to commencement. Additional Firefighter services not included in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the standard hourly rate of AUD 185.00 per hour.
- Warranty: All installed Firefighter access equipment and fire safety systems carry a minimum two-year manufacturer's warranty, commencing from the date of final commissioning in Australia Brisbane.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by our authorised representative.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, with jurisdiction in the Brisbane Magistrates Court.
