This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of all Firefighter system installations, and the remaining 30% upon final commissioning, handover, and issuance of the Certificate of Compliance by the NSW Fire Brigades. All payments are to be made via direct bank transfer to Ironclad Fire Protection Pty Ltd. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issue. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 2% per month as permitted under the Australian Consumer Law.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue, being 15 June 2025. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this validity period, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current material costs, labour rates, and any changes to Australian Sydney fire safety regulations will be required. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes agreement to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined herein.
- All Firefighter services and equipment supplied under this Quotation Estimate are warranted for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of commissioning, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law 2010.
- Ironclad Fire Protection Pty Ltd holds a valid NSW Fire Protection Contractor Licence (Licence No. FP-2025-08841) and is fully insured with public liability coverage of $20,000,000 AUD.
- All Firefighter-grade installations will comply with the current edition of the National Construction Code (NCC) Volume Two, the Building Code of Australia, and all applicable NSW Fire Brigades regulations specific to Australia Sydney metropolitan commercial buildings.
- The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary building permits, council approvals, and strata management consents prior to the commencement of any Firefighter system installation works at the Australia Sydney site.
- Any variations to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties prior to execution. Additional Firefighter services not included herein will be quoted separately.
- Work will be carried out during normal business hours (07:00–17:00, Monday to Friday) unless otherwise agreed. After-hours or weekend Firefighter emergency response work will be billed at 1.5x the standard rate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any structural modifications, electrical upgrades beyond the fire alarm system, or asbestos removal works. Such items, if identified during the site survey, will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Sydney.
