4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing for Firefighter services and materials may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
- All Firefighter personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold valid certifications issued by the Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence, and shall undergo background verification prior to assignment at the client's Bangladesh Dhaka premises.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of fire suppression and alarm system installation, and 30% upon final handover and commissioning of all Firefighter services.
- The service provider shall maintain a minimum of 12 trained Firefighter officers on standby at all times at the designated Bangladesh Dhaka site. Any shortfall shall be rectified within 48 hours at no additional cost.
- All equipment and materials specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be of Bangladeshi or internationally recognized standard (BS, ISO, or UL certified) and shall comply with the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) fire safety provisions.
- Warranty: Fire suppression and alarm systems carry a two-year comprehensive warranty. Firefighter PPE carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Bangladesh Dhaka, or other events beyond reasonable control.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Bangladesh.
