Terms & Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all Firefighter service rates and equipment pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Belgium Brussels.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of Firefighter training and equipment delivery, and 30% upon final acceptance and sign-off by the client's designated Firefighter operations manager.
- All Firefighter training programmes are conducted by certified instructors holding valid Belgian and European Firefighter professional qualifications. Training locations are within the administrative boundaries of Belgium Brussels.
- Firefighter PPE and equipment supplied under this Quotation Estimate carry a minimum 5-year manufacturer warranty and comply with EN 469:2020, EN 137:2006, and applicable Belgian federal safety standards.
- Brussels Fire & Safety Solutions BV shall maintain full professional liability insurance covering all Firefighter training and operational activities conducted in Belgium Brussels, with a minimum coverage of EUR 5,000,000 per incident.
- Any changes to the scope of Firefighter services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to implementation. A supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for any additional Firefighter services requested.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved by the competent courts of Belgium Brussels.
