This Quotation Estimate is issued by Guarda Fogo Serviços Especializados Ltda. to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the deployment of certified Firefighter personnel and associated fire safety services at the client's premises located in Brazil Rio de Janeiro. 2. Scope of Firefighter ServicesThe following services encompass the complete Firefighter deployment package for the client's residential and commercial building in Brazil Rio de Janeiro. All Firefighter personnel assigned to this contract shall hold valid certification from the CBMERJ, possess a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in structural fire response, and be fully trained in the specific hazards associated with high-rise residential buildings in the metropolitan area of Rio de Janeiro.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all prices and terms are subject to revision due to market fluctuations, regulatory changes in Brazil Rio de Janeiro, or adjustments in the cost of Firefighter personnel and equipment.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments of R$ 9,493.75 (one-twelfth of the annual total), due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account specified on the invoice. A late payment penalty of 2% plus SELIC interest per day shall apply as per Brazilian commercial law.
3.3 Contract Duration: The service agreement, upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, shall have an initial term of twelve (12) months, renewable for successive periods of twelve (12) months upon mutual written consent of both parties.
3.4 Regulatory Compliance: All Firefighter services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall strictly adhere to the current regulations of the Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, the Federal Fire Safety Law (Lei nº 11.901/2009), and all applicable municipal ordinances of the city of Rio de Janeiro. The contractor assumes full responsibility for maintaining the client's AVCB in good standing throughout the contract period.
3.5 Insurance and Liability: Guarda Fogo Serviços Especializados Ltda. shall maintain comprehensive professional liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage (CIPA-compliant) for all Firefighter personnel deployed at the client's site in Brazil Rio de Janeiro. Minimum coverage shall be R$ 5,000,000.00 per occurrence.
3.6 Cancellation and Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with a minimum of sixty (60) days' prior written notice. In the event of early termination by the client without cause, a penalty equivalent to two (2) months of service fees shall be due.
3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government-mandated shutdowns, or pandemics affecting operations in Brazil Rio de Janeiro.
3.8 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, RJ.
4. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Firefighter services in Brazil Rio de Janeiro. This document, once signed, constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the parties.
