- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability must be reconfirmed in writing by Montreal Firefighter Services Inc.
- Payment Terms: Invoicing shall be issued on the 1st of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via EFT or certified cheque to our Canada Montreal office.
- Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of Firefighter services outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be approved in writing by both parties. Additional Firefighter personnel or extended response times will be billed at the hourly rates specified above.
- Insurance and Liability: Montreal Firefighter Services Inc. maintains a minimum of $5,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance and full workers' compensation coverage under the Quebec WSIB regime. The client is responsible for any damage to their own property not caused by negligence of our Firefighter team.
- Regulatory Compliance: All Firefighter personnel assigned to this contract shall hold valid Quebec Firefighter certification (Niveau 1 or Niveau 2 as applicable), current First Aid/CPR (St. John Ambulance Canada) certification, and shall complete annual refresher training as mandated by the Canada Montreal Fire Department guidelines.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of termination, all Firefighter personnel and equipment shall be withdrawn in an orderly manner to ensure no gap in fire safety coverage at the Canada Montreal site.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the Civil Code of Quebec and the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Canada Montreal before proceeding to litigation.
- Confidentiality: All operational data, incident reports, and client-specific information obtained during the provision of Firefighter services shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
