- Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Firefighter equipment supply in China Shanghai remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, pricing may be revised to reflect market fluctuations in raw materials such as aramid fibers and composite polymers.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% upon completion of manufacturing and pre-shipment inspection; 10% upon confirmed delivery and acceptance at the designated Firefighter stations in China Shanghai.
- Delivery Schedule: Full delivery of all Firefighter PPE and apparatus to the China Shanghai project site shall be completed within sixty (60) business days from the date of purchase order confirmation. Phased delivery may be arranged at the client's discretion.
