- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation or supplier adjustments within Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon delivery and installation of all Firefighter equipment; 20% upon final commissioning, training completion, and handover in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Delivery & Installation Timeline: All Firefighter equipment shall be delivered to the project site in Addis Ababa within twenty-one (21) working days from the receipt of the advance payment. Installation and commissioning shall be completed within an additional fourteen (14) working days.
