This Quotation Estimate is issued by Accra Fire Protection & Safety Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the deployment, training, and ongoing provision of Firefighter personnel and associated fire safety services within the Greater Accra Region of Ghana Accra. This document serves as a formal financial proposal and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the final service agreement. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated, and reflects current market rates applicable to the Ghana Accra metropolitan area as of the date of issue.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all Firefighter service rates and pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Ghana Accra.
- All Firefighter personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold valid certifications issued or recognized by the Ghana National Fire Service and shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations applicable in the Republic of Ghana.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the monthly Firefighter service fee shall be due upon commencement of services, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due on the 28th of each calendar month. One-time and annual charges as outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be invoiced upon completion of the respective service milestone.
- The client shall provide a suitable on-site accommodation or rest area for the Firefighter team at the premises in Ghana Accra, including access to clean water, sanitation facilities, and secure parking for the emergency response vehicle.
- Any additional Firefighter personnel, extended hours, or emergency call-out services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at the prevailing hourly rate of GHS 350.00 per Firefighter per hour, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of fire suppression system installation, fire alarm system procurement, or structural fireproofing works. Such items, if required, shall be quoted separately as a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Fire Services Act, 2011 (Act 821) of Ghana and any subsequent amendments, as well as local by-laws of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly governing fire safety in Ghana Accra.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
- Accra Fire Protection & Safety Ltd. shall maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all Firefighter personnel at a minimum cover of GHS 5,000,000.00, with certificates available upon request.

This signature does not constitute a final contract but serves as an expression of intent to proceed with the engagement of the Firefighter services described.
