- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing for Firefighter services and associated equipment may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Israel.
- All Firefighter personnel deployed under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid Israeli Firefighter license issued by the Israel Fire and Rescue Authority and must pass a background check conducted by the Israel Police (Mishmar HaYisrael) prior to assignment in Jerusalem.
- Payment terms: 50% upon contract execution and 50% upon completion of the first operational quarter. All payments shall be made in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) via bank transfer to the account designated in the contract annex.
- The Firefighter services described in this Quotation Estimate are subject to the Fire Safety Law, 5726-1966, and all amendments thereto, as well as the Jerusalem Municipal Ordinance on Emergency Preparedness, 2023.
- Any changes to the scope of Firefighter services, additional personnel requirements, or modifications to the operational area within Israel Jerusalem must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and approved by both parties before implementation.
- The contractor shall maintain full liability insurance coverage of no less than 5,000,000 ILS for all Firefighter operations conducted within the Jerusalem municipal boundaries.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the contractor's authorized representative.
